Rooms & Facilities

The Coach House has two rooms – the Garden Room on the ground floor, and the Loft Room at first floor. While the Garden Room is a really generous size, the Loft Room is rather smaller because its sloping ceilings do reduce headroom somewhat. But what the Loft Room loses in size is made up for in character – and even better views.

Both rooms have the most modern en-suite facilities, with a good-size walk-in shower. 

All the ingredients are provided for you to make your own continental breakfast, just how and when you want it. Proper fruit juice, a selection of seasonal fresh fruit, cereals, a choice of yoghurts, fresh seeded wholemeal bread, croissants and home-made preserves, plus a selection of beverages are waiting for you. A food preparation area is provided, complete with sink, microwave oven with grill, quiet refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods, electric kettle and toaster. We also provide an egg cooker to make your own omelette, boiled or poached eggs, and a hotplate is available in each room if you wish to make porridge!

Each room has a breakfast bar for two, doubling as a work station if necessary. 

A 32” flat-screen television (with Google Chromecast to connect to your phone/tablet/laptop), viewable from comfortable armchairs or the double bed, is also provided in each room.  Plus free WiFi with unlimited broadband internet. The only negative is rather poor mobile reception, but not everyone regards that as a problem!
